Allies for Life is a concept created by The Brand Marquee to help our clients model their networks and their clients and contacts decision making drivers.
This programme is designed for fee earners and client facing teams whose roles it to build networks to win work.
Run over a six month period, there are four workshops:
1. The art of persuasion through emotional intelligence
2. Network mapping and relationship building
3. Developing a personal brand
4. How to be successful pitching
All workshops are backed up by strategic models that provide delegates with criteria and key performance indicators to measure success over the six months.
